Nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness, it is the most important factor to consider when looking to change physical aspects of your body, you can’t out train a bad diet. For this reason, we place as much emphasis on nutrition as we do on personal training. Rather than just giving a list of foods you can and can’t eat and sending you on your way, we teach our clients about nutrition so they can make sustainable lifestyle changes.
We offer online nutrition plans and guidance that will teach you how often to eat, what to eat and why to eat in this way. We work with all our clients directly, either in person or over video call for those further afield. After an initial consultation designed to assess your current diet, lifestyle factors and goals we will work with you to develop a plan you can stick to and enjoy! Weekly calls allow us to stay in regular contact to ensure we are getting you the best possible results from day 1!
Unfortunately, “an apple a day” is no longer enough to keep the doctor away. Improper farming practices deplete the soil of nutrients, producing nutrient deficient crops, these foods are then transported thousands of miles under unnatural light, leaching more nutrients before we eventually eat them. Meaning our food just doesn’t contain the amount of nutrients it once did. Consequently, it becomes a lot more difficult to consume all the nutrients we need through a “whole food” diet. Implementing supplements along side a healthy whole food diet ensures we are consuming all the vitamins and minerals our body’s need in order to function optimally.
